Victor Vance

The first time you pick up and play Vice City Stories you'll be reintroduced to the city running around with Victor Vance - Lance's brother. In the opening cut scene of GTA: Vice City we see the two brothers together in a cocaine deal gone bad. Victor gets caught in the mess and is shot at and killed by Ricardo Diaz's men.

Vice City Stories is set two years earlier, so Vic is running around in peak physical condition. The 28-year-old US Marine - currently enjoying some relaxation time in the good old VC - is a bald-headed, goatee-bearded crime family leader, which consists of only two members - him and his brother.



Lance Vance

During the course of the game you'll be heavily involved with Lance doing all sorts of missions. He's a drug dealer and is sometimes famous for his nickname "Lance Vance Dance". He's known for making mistakes and his brother, Victor, sometimes patronize him and - as Lance says - treat him like a little kid. It is said that he's very impulsive, get aggressive when he drinks, and is emotionally insecure.



Brian Forbes

A business associate of the Vance brothers that is working as an undercover cop. When they find out he's been playing them Lance decides to kidnap him and bully some useful information out of him during the mission "Jump Ship". It is unknown if he gets killed or survives to live another day in Vice City.
